Terms of Service (TOS)
& Commission Guidelines
1. Payment Terms- All payments are processed exclusively via VGen.
- Standard commissions require 100% payment upfront before any work begins.
- For orders exceeding €100, a split payment plan is available: 50% upfront to secure your slot, and the remaining 50% upon completion, prior to the delivery of the final high-resolution files.2. Turnaround Time & Workflow- Estimated Turnaround Time (TAT): The average completion time for a commission is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece and my current queue.
- Clients are entitled to up to three (3) minor revisions (e.g., color tweaks, small design adjustments) during the sketching phase.
- Major structural changes or last-minute modifications requested after the line art and base colors have been approved are not accepted or will incur an additional fee.3. Refunds & Cancellations- All sales are final once the drawing process has commenced. No refunds will be issued for in-progress or completed works.
- Artist Guarantee: If I fail to provide any updates, communication, or progress within one (1) week of payment due to unforeseen delays on my end, the client is fully entitled to request a 100% refund.4. Copyright & Usage Rights-All commissioned artwork is for strictly personal use only. It may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced for merchandise, minted as NFTs, or used for AI dataset training.
- I retain the intellectual property rights to the artwork and reserve the right to post the commissioned piece on my portfolio and social media networks for promotional purposes. If you require the commission to remain private, please specify this before placing your order.5. Right of Refusal & NSFW Boundaries- I reserve the right to decline any initial commission request, or cancel an active commission at any stage, if the themes, concepts, or NSFW elements make me uncomfortable or exceed my personal boundaries.
- In the event that an active commission is canceled due to boundary concerns, a full or partial refund will be calculated and issued based on the amount of work completed up to that point.
